Refund policy
I want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Featherweight Guy. If you have a question about something you have purchased, contact me as soon as possible and I will be pleased to assist. The machines and related products I restore and sell are used items, generally manufactured 60-90 years ago and will exhibit expected levels of wear and cosmetic blemishes from prior use. I do my best to ensure that everything is in good working order, but I cannot offer a warranty. All products are sold and described as-is, to the best of my ability. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product they are buying meets their expectation before making the purchase. Inquiries seeking additional details or additional photos or video demonstrations are warmly invited before making a purchase by contacting me at featherweightguy@gmail.com. Featherweight Guy is happy to provide such additional information.
Returns are only accepted on a pre-approval basis up to 14 days after the item has been delivered, at the sole discretion of Featherweight Guy. All returns must be pre-approved by Featherweight Guy and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Change of mind, buyer remorse, or change of financial circumstances are not acceptable reasons for return. Actions involved in returning products (packing, shipping cost) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer is shipping a pre-approved return to Featherweight Guy the buyer is expected to pack the item in the same careful manner in which it was sent. Buyer will be responsible for any damage that occurs from return shipping. Only pre-approved returns will be refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your order along with any email correspondence, notes or requests (be as specific as possible) to featherweightguy@gmail.com.
Return shipping address will only be provided upon return approval.
