I respond to emails weekdays (Monday - Friday) during normal business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm, US Eastern time zone) and try to reply within two business days whenever possible.  I work alone so there may be unavoidable delays in replying due to illness, travel, or other circumstances.  

I'm located in the Victorian-era village of Altamont, NY.  If you are interested in arranging local pickup of a machine you are purchasing, this can save you the shipping costs, so please contact me before making the purchase.  I am also willing to drive up to an hour in any direction to meet a customer for a machine pickup.
